IF YOU WANT TO USE THE GYM AND DO YOUR OWN WORKOUTS, THIS IS PERFECT FOR YOU. THESE WON’T BE COACHED SESSIONS, BUT WE WILL BE AROUND TO OFFER HELP AND ADVICE WHERE NEEDED.

THIS IS OUR BARBELL SPECIFIC CLASS. LEARN HOW TO OLYMPIC LIFT AND UTILISE THE BARBELL TO MOVE BETTER, GET STRONGER AND FITTER. WE ALSO INCLUDE A BARBELL ENGINE WORKOUT WITHIN THESE SESSIONS.

BUILD IS OUR STRENGTH BASED SESSION. WE UTILISE RESISTANCE TO BUILD STRENGTH IN KEY MOVEMENTS OVER A 4-6 WEEK PERIOD. THESE SESSIONS ARE KEY IN CREATING A WELL ROUNDED EVERYDAY ATHLETE, WHO IS READY FOR ANYTHING.

ENGINE IS OUR CARDIO BASED SESSION. AS THE NAME SUGGESTS WE CAREFULLY PLAN SESSIONS TO CREATE A FINALLY TUNED ENGINE. THESE SESSIONS WILL IMPROVE CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE ASWELL AS MUSCULAR ENDURANCE.
